Human Resources Manager
Mindy serves as Human Resources Manager at Kintra Wealth, where she partners with team members and leadership across all areas of human resources.
With a thoughtful, people-first approach, she is passionate about helping employees feel supported, valued, and empowered to do their best work while fostering a workplace culture built on trust.
Mindy holds the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential and earned her bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology after returning to college at age 50—an accomplishment that reflects her belief that it is never too late to learn, grow, and pursue a meaningful goal. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
Outside of work, Mindy enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading just about anything she can get her hands on, and crocheting blankets while watching TV.
