Sheila Sullivan-Passwaters, FPQP™

Sheila serves as Office Coordinator at McCarthy & Cox, Kintra Wealth’s Marysville office, where she helps create a welcoming environment for clients and supports the team with day-to-day operations. Her responsibilities span client communications, office coordination, and facility management. With more than 20 years of administrative experience in human resources, policy development, and office management, Sheila brings an organized, and people-first approach to her role.

For Sheila, the most rewarding part of her work is helping people feel genuinely welcomed and valued. She believes it’s often the little things—remembering a detail, taking the time to listen, or recognizing someone’s needs—that make clients feel truly known and appreciated.

Sheila earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Western Kentucky University and her Master of Arts in Christian Education and Communications from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Outside of work, Sheila and her husband, Earl, enjoy spending time with family and friends, especially their four grandchildren, who she says outshine the stars! An avid reader, Sheila enjoys escaping into mystery and fantasy books and appreciates quiet moments to recharge. She and Earl also look forward to planning new travel adventures.
